I thought the system would block them as there must be some accountability. This exercise is to avoid people to get foreign money for nasty things like terrorism etc.

But I was able to go through and finish my KYC.

@Hostinger They finally gave up saying this cannot be fixed. We moved to a different host. I'll move the rest of the sites before renewal or renew at the lowest plan to avoid the hassle of moving.
