@ScotRail Okay so definitely then I can claim this back? Just so I know before booking / paying for a bus instead? They city link operator told me to book it to Glasgow. Or incase the buses are full, can I use my scotrail train ticket tomorrow back to glasgow instead? Thank you

@ScotRail How does the ticket system work with city link. Looked online and most buses are full. Called them up and they say I need to buy a ticket with them and claim it back with yous. How do I claim that back and can I? Thank you.
