Sir, @udaykotak, despite my explicit refusal, @KotakBankLtd is continuously calling me for availing loans or credit cards for the last 3 months.

This is despite my opting out of consent for receiving any promotional offers .

I also wrote a complaint to your customer care email and was assured, in writing, that no further calls would be made to me.👇🏼

I fail to understand what it will take to make these Kotak Mahindra Bank go0ns stop their harassment.

It's like, "either take the loan or take our credit card or we will continue to harass you."

I am sure you agree that by conducting themselves in such an unethical manner, your team wastes precious resources of the Bank and gives a terrible name to your brand.

Can we do something to STOP these illegal Unsolicited Commercial Communications and doxxing of customer's personal information to telemarketers ?

Please advise.
