Pl clarify this matter so that the innocent buyers like us are no longer harassed by these builders with such huge maintenance.

@dtcphry @kMakrandIAS, @cmohry Sir,U hd assured on 29.04.22 to issue order on free maintenance for 5 yrs as per AHP '13. So far no order & reply of Federation mail-9.5.22 despite 3 reminders. Creating suspicioun in buyers as no appointment too allowed despite repeated efforts.

04.2022 in SEWOCON to issue order so that free Maintenance for 5 years is allowed by Developers within a period of 1 week.

1 week is already over & no order, so far.

Sir, yr order doesn't need any approval from Govt. like you had issued for EDC waiver.

@cmohry @mlkhattar Stamp duty shd b reduced - Affordable flats to minimum like Maharashtra & other states to boost real estate. 2.Maintenance issue as policy says free for 5 years. 3. Now builders r charging hefty amount as External Electrification Charges. Buyers r being harrassed by builders.

@Rajeshjain1999 @kMakrandIAS For bypassing the "New Online Registration Process" the builders have now started "Possession without Registration" of Properties. Government is losing lot of Revenue because of this. DTCP should immediately take concrete action for stopping this else this will be another scam.
