@Apple just had my first bad experience in an Apple Store. Told I’d have a 5 min wait -waited over 20! Just to ask what size watch strap I was! All that time there were between 2 & 4 assistants doing nothing. My partner asked why one of them couldn’t help, was told not their area

I work patient facing for the NHS & for 3 1/2 years I’ve dodged the bullet that is Covid, until 2 day ago. 2 days before I was due to see @jackwhitehall at the Lowry 😭 I hope my son & his wife enjoy using my bloody tickets! #NotBitterMuch

@lesgedge It is a dilemma for people who have a trade. He has probably stressed & um & ahhed about whether to charge you or not. I’m not saying you would, but some folk would take the piss if he didn’t charge.

@lesgedge When I was hairdressing I was told to NEVER give my services away for free, coz no one else would go in work for free. Maybe he should have charged you a nominal amount? Like a fiver?
