@NatWestBusiness How is anyone supposed to sell a business when the new owner has been “denied” access to the business accounts due to NatWest’s inability to sort out a bank mandate. Access was requested a fortnight ago.

@NatWest_Help So having spoken to your Over 60s helpline, my 97 year old step father went through security on the phone and then gave his permission for me to speak on his behalf. I request that his Rewards are transferred to his account. We are then transferred to Rewards team
Go through security again to then be told that this cannot be set up automatically and we will have to do this each time OR he can sign up for the app. Is this customer service 2025 style??? 98 in two months time 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
@NatWest_Help Two questions. We attempted to set up a Universal Mandate in July but nothing has happened. Secondly, my 97 year old step father would like to have his Rewards paid across into his account. Does this have to be requested quarterly?
