Why aren't you delivering my mobile phone orders? I hv tried 4 times & none of them were delivered. Why take orders,if you don't have the capacity? I have contacted customer care multiple times, no resolution. Last Order:

I then made 2more orders of phones,with 14Aug delivery.Did not get delivered. CC said will be delivered by 7pm,asked to wait.Then delivery date was postponed to 15Aug.Not delivered yet.
Again you'll keep extending dates & then you'll cancel my order as earlier.
What should I do?

<3>I placed 2nd order,again no delivery.Customer care kept on saying it will be delivered by 7pm.When it wasn't delivered,they asked to wait till 11pm.Then they extended it to next day &kept on doing it everytime.Finally after 5days,I had to cancel it after getting no resolution.

@coursera I've completed a course with 93% & want my certificate. But there is some issue in your system with ID verification,I tried 50-60 times using diffrnt IDs from 3-4 devices,deleted caches,updated browser. Following up on email frm 10days. Can I get my certificate asap pls
