I bought a @LloydIndia AC from @havellsindia@HavellsCare360 .It broke in 2 months. It’s been 2 weeks of fake promises. Here’s my story:
I purchased a 1 ton 5star inverter split AC in April 2025. It stopped working on 9th June 2025, & I immediately logged a complaint.#Havells 1/8
@JaquarGroup 00958775 is the Service Call Number. Complaint registered on 19th June. It has now been marked as complete without any resolution.
For more than 2 months, your service centre and customer care gave us false information that our issue will be resolved.
I purchased and installed Jaquar products worth Lakhs in past 2 years. The quality of these products is pathetic. The plastic covers of all their commodes have started developing cracks without any improper use. The support team and service team is pathetic! @JaquarGroup
