The attack on Durga Puja immersion in Shyampur Howrah, earlier in Gardenrich shows that wherever Islamists has gathered considerable number they will attack and destroy the secular fabric. Be it Bangladesh, be it West Bengal, its all the same.

Political secularism is further strengthening the hate and non-inclusive ideology of Islam.

Political solution is not possible to resolve this situation. It requires an equal and opposite reaction. Not only reaction, some time proactiveness is also required. Otherwise days are not far when Bengali hindus will become refugees again in their own land.

It appears that the BLO had submitted a list of ASDD names in which Surya Dey’s name did not figure. This list was also signed by the concerned TMC BLA2. Subsequently, however, Surya Dey’s name mysteriously appeared during the uploading of the EF form.

I am told that the ECI has since issued show-cause notices to the BLO, the AERO, and the ERO. Someone is likely to lose their job for allowing themselves to be used as a pawn in TMC’s “discredit the SIR” game. Mamata Banerjee may well lose power, and others may end up losing the perks of their hard-earned government jobs.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has once again shown her instinct to mislead. She submitted her duly filled and signed Enumeration Form on the very last day, yet just hours earlier from a rally in Krishnanagar she falsely claimed she would not submit it at all.

After months of misinformation and attempts to confuse the voters of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee finally submitted her own SIR Enumeration Form on 11 December 2025 to remain a valid voter of West Bengal. Meanwhile, the people of Bengal paid little heed to her theatrics, nearly 100% voters completed and submitted their forms. Because of this overwhelming participation, @ECISVEEP didn’t need to extend the process in the state.

The entire episode proves one thing clearly: Bengal’s voters no longer trust the lies peddled by Mamata Banerjee. The expiry date of TMC government is approaching fast.

ওই প্রতিভাবান বিধায়কের প্রতি আমার যথেষ্ট সম্মান রেখেই জানাচ্ছি, যদি এই আবেদনপত্রটি এবং এতে উল্লেখিত যাবতীয় তথ্য সত্য হয় তাহলে বুঝতে হবে সত্যিই নির্বাচনের প্রাক্কালে তৃণমূলের বিধায়কদের ভাঁড়ারে প্রচণ্ড দুর্দশা! রাজ্য বিধানসভার একজন সদস্য হিসেবে মোটা টাকা ভাতা পেয়েও স্ত্রী-কে দিয়ে লক্ষীর ভাণ্ডারের জন্য আবেদন করানো হচ্ছে। ফলে এখানেই স্পষ্ট, লুটে ন��ওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে কোথাও কোনও খামতি নেই তৃণমূলের।

খোদ কলকাতার বুকে প্রকাশ্য রাস্তায় প্রতিবাদী যুবক দেবাশীষের উপর হামলা চালালো রোহিঙ্গা মুসলমান।
দেবাশীষ বিশ্বাস বিজেপির সক্রিয় কার্যকর্তা। তার বাড়ি বেহালা পূর্ব মণ্ডলের ১২৪ নং ওয়ার্ডে। তিনি গতকাল কয়েকজন রোহিঙ্গা মুসলমান কে তার বাড়ির সামনে প্রকাশ্যে রাস্তার উপর গাঁজা সেবন করতে দেখে তার প্রতিবাদ করেন। এর পরেই তাদের একজন দেবাশীষের উপর ছুরি, কাঁচি নিয়ে আক্রমণ করে, ফলে দেবাশীষ গুরুতর আহত হন, তার মুখমন্ডল সহ শরীরের বিভিন্ন অংশে গভীর ক্ষতের সৃষ্টি হয়। আহত দেবাশীষ কে চিকিৎসার জন্য হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যাওয়া হলে তার শরীরে চারটি সেলাই পড়ে। ঘটনার পর ঠাকুরপুকুর থানায় দেবাশীষ অভিযোগ দায়ের করেন।
শোনা যাচ্ছে যে পুলিশ প্রধান অভিযুক্ত কে 'নিরাপত্তার কারণে' সরিয়ে দিয়েছে।

রাজ্যের রাজধা���ী খোদ কলকাতার বুকে এখন এই ধরনের সমাজবিরোধীদের দৌরাত্ম চলছে কারণ রাজ্যে আইন শৃঙ্খলা নেই। রাজ্য পুলিশের এখন কাজ হল দলদাসত্ব করা আর তৃণমূলের ছোটো বড়ো মাঝারি নেতাদের তাঁবেদারি করা। তাছাড়াও একটি বিশেষ সম্প্রদায়ের জন্য রাজ্যে আইন বলবৎ নয়, তাদের বিরুদ্ধে কোনো রকম পদক্ষেপ নেওয়ার এখতিয়ার প��লিশের নেই কারণ তারা মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের ভোট ব্যাঙ্ক। এরা প্রকাশ্য রাস্তায় আইনকে বুড়ো আঙুল দেখিয়ে যা ইচ্ছে তাই করতে পারে, যার প্রতিবাদ করলে প্রতিবাদীর উপর প্রাণঘাতী হামলা করতেও এদের হাত কাঁপে না। এরা মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের রাজনৈতিক উদ্দেশ্য সাধনের জন্য তার দ্বারাই এই রাজ্যে লালিত পালিত।

আশা করবো যে দুর্গাপুরের ঘটনায় যে সক্রিয়তা চোখে পড়ছে পুলিশের, এ ক্ষেত্রেও তাই হবে।

#WATCH | Delhi: On West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee's X post on a Bengali migrant family beaten by Delhi police, DCP East Delhi, Abhishek Dhania, says, "West Bengal CM posted on 'X' that a Bengali-speaking woman and her child were assaulted by the Delhi Police. Right after receiving the information, we initiated the inquiry and discovered that the lady's name is Sanjanu Parveen... During the interrogation, she said that on 26th July, around 10:30 pm, four policemen who were in their civil clothes came to their house and took them away to a secluded area where they beat them up and demanded Rs. 25,000 from them, which they gave them. Understanding the seriousness of the situation, we have formed multiple teams since last night. Based on technical and local intelligence, as well as CCTV footage, we have gathered various evidence. Based on that evidence, we found out that the whole story told by this lady is baseless... During the interrogation, she mentioned that her relative, who lives in the Malda district of West Bengal, is a political worker, and on his request, she made this baseless video and shared it with him. Later, he circulated the video in the local media... After a thorough investigation and inquiry, we have concluded that the entire video is baseless and fabricated. This video has been deliberately circulated on social media to tarnish the image of the Delhi Police. Further investigation is still going on."

মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর ২৭ জুলাই, ২০২৫ এই পোস্টে দাবি করেছিলেন যে দিল্লিতে আধার যাচাইয়ের নামে একজন বাংলাভাষী মহিলা ও তার ছেলে কে দিল্লি পুলিশ মারধর করেছে।

আমি বিশ্বস্ত সূত্র দ্বারা য��� জানতে পেরেছি যে ওই মহিলা; সাজনুর পারভিন প্রাথমিকভাবে দাবি করেছিলেন যে চারজন ব্যক্তি, যারা নিজেদের পুলিশ কর্মী বলে দাবি করেছিল ২৫ তারিখ তাদের বাড়ি এসে তাদের পরিবারকে বাংলাদেশি নাগরিক বলে অভিযুক্ত করে এবং পরের দিন, অর্থাৎ ২৬ জুলাই, তাকে ও তার দুই সন্তানকে জোর করে মঙ্গলম হাসপাতালের কাছে একটি পার্কে নিয়ে যায়, জোরপূর্বক আটক করে এবং ২৫,০০০ টাকা মুক্তিপণ দেওয়ার পর মুক্তি দেওয়া হবে এমন ধ��কি দেয়।

কিন্��ু সিসিটিভি ফুটেজে অসঙ্গতি প্রকাশ পাওয়া যাচ্ছে ! পরিষ্কার দেখা যাচ্ছে যে তিনি তার সন্তানদের নিয়ে একাই বাড়ি থেকে বের হচ্ছেন, যা বল প্রয়োগের দাবির সাথে মিলছে না।
সাজনুর পারভিন ইতিমধ্যেই নাকি স্বীকার করে নিয়েছেন যে তিনি কিছু ব্যক্তির কথায় প্রভাবিত হয়ে মিথ্যে গল্পটি সাজিয়েছিলেন। আসল ঘটনা হলো, তার মামা যিনি একজন রাজনৈতিক কর্মী, উনি একজন সাংবাদিকের পরামর্শে এই মিথ্যা গল্প তৈরি করি��়েছিলেন এবং যে ভিডিওটি সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় শেয়ার করা হয় তা সম্পূর্ণ মিথ্যে।
