@AkasaAir The ground staff Chayak and Valencia didn't display any empathy and asked me to go back without any concern. The indifference of the airlines is shocking.
@AkasaAir this is the most disgusting experience I have had as a customer. The flight 1520 was delayed by >1 hr & flight status on the display never changed to show boarding or final call. I was waiting in the lounge for a good 2 hours only to find that the flight has left

@AppleSupport@Apple we bought an I Phone 11 two hrs back from Aptronix & the phone is not activating at all. These guys are unable to find any solution & are not allowing us to cancel the billing. Why should a customer take a faulty product, wait for 2 hrs to find no solution.
