In October 2019 we added one of the most important strands to Directional and opened our own Alternative Learning Provision.

With our main site in Barton, we have now managed to open our second unit in Leighton from September.

After taking up full time roles with us, we have 2 TOP coaches who are going to lead on our Football Development Centre.

With vast playing & coaching experience between them, Jonny & Cole will help develop our young footballers into better players & better people!

At Directional CIC we are currently recruiting for a qualified teacher to join our Alternative Learning provision as Head of Learning. This role requires an enthusiastic and passionate person who wants to help change the lives of the young people we work with.

We are 3 weeks in to our first project at MK Academy delivering a combination of our Choose to Succeed and Take The Lead programmes, teaching about what success means to them, how to become “successful”, leadership skills, positive role models and CCE topics.
