Labour ran Cardiff Council said 5 years ago they’d have a “zero tolerance approach to fly tipping and street littering”.

Five years later and there are elections. Can you REALLY say Labour has a zero tolerance approach to littering? THINK before you vote for the same AGAIN.

@LYnSey______ @cardiffcouncil @DirtyCardiff @huwthomas_Wales Cathays is the same Lynsey, I don’t how builders get away with leaving waste outside properties whilst working, it’s unsightly & unsafe yet @cardiffcouncil ignore.
As for green & black bags and unswept streets it’s gone past a joke now .
But at least CCC will tell us to report it

Possibly worse turnout-half of 16/17 yr olds haven’t registered! Feels like BBC want to ignore election for another 5yrs of Drakeford.
