@zomato guys I placed order for breakfast this morning and there were a lot of items missing. When I escalated this issue, the support team said they can’t do anything about it and the restaurant will refund the same. It’s been hours and there’s no update yet.

@UberINSupport Hey, I didn’t reach out to you for a refund. Like you really think while I spend over 30k on Uber each month I’ll be concerned for a 20 rupee cancellation charge? Get a hold on your drivers and/or create a better service experience by introducing a daily scheduled ride service!
