Children may be feeling a little anxious about going back to school.
We have designed a KS2 school planner that focuses on their wellbeing to make it easier!
Good luck to all of the students returning back to school today and to all of the school staff that have been working hard through all of this. You are amazing! Stay safe 🖤

Sometimes it can be hard for children to express their emotions. With the emoji box, teachers are able to monitor how their class are feeling even if the child doesn't feel comfortable to make the first approach.

Additionally, this is a great tool for SEN children who need a cognitive break or as a whole class activity first thing in the morning before registration or after lunch allowing time to wind down from the playground.

Our planner is completely black and white, filled with over 100 mindfulness colouring borders.
Mindfulness colouring can provide numerous benefits for children. It can give them a chance to relax, refocus, lift their mood, decrease anxiety and any school stresses.

Do the exercise under the number until you guess correctly.
If you are playing with two or more people, I have attached a blank board for you to create your own design along with a KS1 board. #StayInWorkOut
A player will chose one of the numbers & the other will ask questions to work out the number.
Is the number even? Is it between...? Greater than...? Is it a multiple of 3? Is it a double number? Is there a 2 in the tenths column?
Is it equivalent to 50%? Is it a decimal number?
You could create an obstacle course for you to go through, go up and down the stairs (carefully!) or simply just run back and forth. Maybe you could hold a plank whilst picking up the paper? Get creative 😃. This is also great for you working memory!
KS2
Running back and forth, how quickly can you find the matching pairs? (4 and 12) or (50% and 0.5) How fast can you do it? Can you beat your previous time?
WITH MULTIPLE PEOPLE:
Who can collect the most pieces of paper/matching pairs?
