I'm Medarametla Prashanthi Kumari, currenly serving as the TDP Mandala Mahila Adaksuralu of Jaladanki Mandal, Nellore District, Udayagiri Constituency. For the past ten years, my family has been embroiled in a property dispute. My mother-in-law, Medarametla Shivalila, who is currently a YCP ZPTC member, illegally altered our property documents and sold our ancestral agricultural lands to an individual named Muthyala Sunil & his family.

This Muthyala Sunil is an individual who is part of a massive international scam group that has ruthlessly defrauded countless Telugu students in the U.S., promising them visas and then callously taking their money. An Interpol Look Out Notice was even issued against him, forcing him to flee to Europe while Indian CID officers tried to apprehend him and his family. Yet, it was with this very ill-gotten money that he bought our properties and, during the previous YSRCP government, filed baseless and harassing cases against us, turning our lives upside down.

We sought relief through the courts, and an injunction order was issued to halt these illegal property transactions. But even with a court order, the previous government subjected us to unimaginable harassment. Now, under our own TDP government, we had a flicker of hope for justice. Yet, the attempts to illegally change these property documents continue, despite the court's injunction ! When I confronted the MRO, their shocking response was, "I have pressure from the MLA; I have to change the documents no matter what." And when I bravely approached MLA Garu, he simply evaded the issue, feigning ignorance.

The weight of this injustice has become unbearable. Just fifteen days ago, I was I was brutally attacked by the local YCP leaders following the directions of Muthyala Sunil & Muthyala Sathyanarayana. They assaulted me with sticks, tore my clothes, and subjected me to the most degrading and abusive language, stripping me of my dignity as a woman., Even after complaining to the local police, no action was taken; it was as if the incident never occurred, a stark reminder of the danger I face daily. We are living in constant fear and profound distress. We desperately plead for your intervention, Dear Nara Lokesh Garu & The Hon'ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Shri Nara Chandra Babu Naidu Garu. Please, help us secure the justice that has been denied to us for far too long
