Beware of @IKEAUK warranty of 10 years on armchairs. Mine collapsed and apparently only has a 12 month warranty, although on their website it clearly states that it should be 10 years and no where does it say 1 year! @NorfolkCCTS #ikeanowarranty #ikeabadservice #ikeafurniture

@riggsysoprano @KirstieMAllsopp @British_Airways @easyJet Easyjet have been excellent using vouchers/changing flights etc. @British_Airways do not have customer services, I finally got something changed by live chat after trying for over 2 weeks on phone etc. They really need to learn and adapt! @KirstieMAllsopp

@British_Airways why is it you seem to cut off every call after I choose an option. I've tried every option. No response, no service

[Helene Crener @discovernorfolk]

@British_Airways I have been trying for months and all day today to get in contact with you, every time I phone after 6 minutes or so you cut me off. I have been in a queue online for 5 hours and nothing.

@bbc5live Why can we not use government PCR test sites with government testing facilities for
travel?

[Helene Crener @discovernorfolk]

@grantshappsmp Let the public use PCR testing sites instead of overpriced private companies, charging us a fortune for travel test. Charge us a nominal fee £20 to cover costs. You are imposing these tests, make them accessible and affordable.
