@zeptocares I was charged for item handling and GST and cess on item handling cost when the item itself was NOT DELIVERED.

I got refund only for the item. But what about additional cost and convenience fees that you have charged for the item which was not delivered?

@SwiggyCares Ok, why would you charge for the items in the orders that were not packed and shipped? Considering the scale of the orders swiggy process and even 0.5% of orders that are not delivered completely, that would be huge amount which should actually be refunded. Correct?
