@ChrisHristov @mcgwrdsb @wrdsb @WRDSBdirector @jeewanc @celmslie1 Butter tarts are practically sacred in my family - my mother was renowned for hers…raisins and all! The biggest trick is to get the pastry thin enough for balance but still hold the tart together. The struggle is real.
