@tscottme@plasmarob Fradd was not posing a different opinion. He refered to their founder as a false prophet. From what understand that is a big no no in Christendom.
@brg1213@LukeFHan@andrewklavan Exposing it? They send people around to teach people all about it. If people choose to believe it, that’s their prerogative.
@Friedmanomics Not an LDS member myself, but my money isn’t needed to fund that content. I’m very engaged with the LDS community, and though I’m not a believer myself, I think DW should be focusing their derogatory efforts on those making the world worse rather than those that make it better.
@generalsteez69 Disagree. He should be protested much more often and with more passion. He has ushered in a culture within the NBA that makes it unwatchable.
I was already a fan of Ben Shapiro, but over these last couple of years as the American conservative movement has been infected by a demonic legion of unprincipled grifters, conspiratorial crackpots and even bald-faced liars, my respect for Ben has skyrocketed!
The man or woman who prioritizes THE TRUTH above all else and has the COURAGE to say it and to live it no matter the consequences is, in fact, the defining characteristic of an actual conservative.
It also happens to be the defining characteristic of what it means to be a good human being.
Aristotle said that courage is “the mother of all virtues,” because without courage you can’t have any other virtues.
Without courage, you can’t be honest.
Without courage, you can’t be just.
Without courage, you can’t be merciful.
Without courage, you can’t be humble.
Without courage, you can’t be resilient.
When it comes to understanding who/what a conservative actually is, Ben Shapiro has been and remains one of the most solid examples one can find.
@megynkelly I’m not on the side that will call you a grifter but I will say that I think it’s sad how prideful you are to not be able to say you were wrong. I don’t need an apology from you, but some humility of any kind is warranted.
@BasedMikeLee Let’s get a list of their largest contributors. That’s who will actually need to be persuaded. Can they look past their immediate need for cheap labor to see the downline affects.
