Four hours at the Passport Office Mumbai @rpomumbai with my minor daughter for her passport renewal because the father’s signature isn’t there. FOUR HOURS of zero clarity, zero empathy, zero system. My child is hungry, exhausted, sitting on a plastic chair in a sea of chaos while officials keep sending us from one counter to another with no answers.
Why is a single mother still treated like a suspicious exception instead of a parent? Why is a child being punished because the system cannot handle families that don’t fit a perfect template? Absolute humiliation, overcrowding, indifference, and no accountability. Passport Office Mumbai seriously needs to do better for single parents and children. This is really not a country for single mothers.

The men and women working these salt producing fields are asking for fair wages and human working conditions.
There's no proper toilet facilities for them to use and they're not given access to sufficient clean driving water when working. These are inhumane working conditions.
We did public audit of Delhi's bus stops and findings are shocking.
the audit by @ptf_delhi covered 231 bus stops in 10 districts and found that 40% of them don't have seating, 9 out of 10 have no ramp, 8 out of 10 have no pedestrian crossing, and two-third have no lighting. In a city facing extreme heat, 17% of bus stops don’t even have a roof.
Here are some of the other main findings:
- 20% do not have name board
- 43% do not have route information
- 99% have no drinking water facility nearby (the same is true for public toilets)
- Only 3% have both lighting and CCTV together
- 1 in 6 bus stops are 'High Risk' with no preparedness for summer heat
