@bradpanantonio @M4DMAX9 @cybrtrkguy I had the same issue. Contact Tesla through their support page. It takes a couple of days but they can do remote diagnostics for you and will replace it if under warranty if it's bad. Mine turned out to be an internal short in my wall connector.

It would be awesome to have an option to pre-heat based on your gmail calendar. Set an option for amount of time before the event (or distance) to start heating.
