Today, we held a meeting at Janata Bhawan with a delegation led by Shri Dwipen Boro, President, and Shri Khanindra Basumatary, Secretary of the All Bodo Students’ Union, to discuss the promotion of Bodo medium educational institutions within and outside the BTR.

Key issues addressed included teacher recruitment, the upgrading and provincialization of schools, and the distribution of free textbooks.

The Education Department will move forward with a comprehensive mapping to further develop Bodo medium institutions.
