Additionally, a these stories don’t delineate between merit- based and need-based aid. The sheer number of colleges is because they used the Common Black App

@financedystop How is it just an insurance problem? It’s a hospital pricing problem, too. The whole system needs to change. Charge for the services as rendered and have price transparency.
