@bt_uk when your WiFi is that bad you have to use your mobile hotspot just to be able to use your iPad.

Any advice on how I can get @bt_uk to let me out of my contract two months early for free? We’ve had so many engineers out, openreach & a “specialist”. All conflating reasons as to why our broadband drops out up to 6 times a day. No resolutions though

@SkyHelpTeam It’s not the first time & wont be the last. You should stick to providing tv your much better at that. Your mobile service is appalling & has Been for years. I have a new sim on its way from a new provider for myself & my 11 year old

Well I’ve been toying with joining my family & moving over to @EE & looks like @SkyHelpTeam have helped me make that decision after 187544 time of not being able to use my sky mobile. #avoidavoidavoid

@bt_uk I’ve had an engineer out several times, the same one 3 times. & he said it’s external but open reach either don’t get in contact or just cancel. The hub goes orange, pink & blue. Or sometimes skips the pink

@bt_uk I’m becoming very frustrated with constant drop outs of my internet. Engineer doesn’t come because openreach should be but they don’t come either. Why won’t you let me out of my contract or fix the issue that I’ve had for 6 months 🤷🏻‍♀️

@mbna I’ve got fraudulent activity on my card. I’ve called & spent 30 minutes on hold for the man to answer & then hang up!!! This card is being cancelled absolutely shocking customer service

@bt_uk how do I raise a complaint that actually gets resolved? My internet drops out 2 or 3 times a week. I’m stuck in a contract with you & every time it drops out I have to type in the 108654 long password back into my @SkyUK box! Which is a ball ache.
