#TAVI in bicupid aortic valve type 0 with elliptical annulus.
Implantation #PORTICO 23,with no AR and mean gradient at 15 mmHg
The only challenge was the cusp eversion after crossing the valve+severe AR+hemodynimc instability.Rapid deployment of the #PORTICO solve the problem.
