"❤️🩺 An 85-year-old patient, who underwent a mitral valve replacement 8 years ago using a Medtronic MOZAIC 31 bioprosthesis, recently exhibited severe mitral leakage, with echocardiography vividly showcasing a leaflet tear. Initially turned down for surgery, the individual successfully went through a TMVR procedure utilizing a SAPIEN 3 29 through a transeptal approach.
