@goodreads @AmazonHelp I’ve been going back and forth with support for days (Case #1575755) and was told there’s “no solution.” I’ve lost years of reading history and reviews. If my old account can’t be restored, can you at least provide or transfer my book list to my new one?

@AmazonHelp Thanks, John. I’ve followed that link twice and got the same automated instructions to create a new account, which I did. Can you please merge my old account or recover my data? Losing years of reading history would be terrible. 🙏

When I was already logged in, Goodreads suddenly asked me to re-enter my password for security. Since my old email is gone, I can’t reset the password. Support only tells me to “make a new account,” which would erase years of my reading history & reviews. 💔

Absolutely disgusted with @Uber_Support @Uber @Uber_Australia lack of response to a serious issue! Had an item worth over $1500 booked package for delivery via Uber, driver picked up the item but didn’t deliver & now unreachable. Contacted Uber support, no help.

Thank you @RitzCarlton #Vienna for such a warm welcome. The staff is amazing and so thoughtful. It’s one of the best hotels that we have been to in this Europe trip so far. Wonderful hospitality.

Very disappointed that we chose @qatarairways to fly with our little one. The ground staff at @AdelaideAirport was not at all helpful. It’s probably our first and last flight with @qatarairways
