@MyNykaa every 30 seconds your chat bot keeps asking we haven't a recived a reply when we are waiting for your response. And says it is human ...but is completely visible it is an AI bot. This is a poor use of AI and degrading cust service.
Hello @Uber_India i understand everybody is moving towards AI. But this is poor customer service because of AI. My wife clearly explained the issue but it is a standard response which has no significance was received . Can this be looked into

@airtelindia your resolution time for the issue is more than 30 hours if a customer network is down/ not working. This is extremely poor service if it takes that much time to resolve a customer complaint for network not working

@airindia The flight AI2483 from delhi to Chennai scheduled to leave at 12:15, passengers waited in the plane for 3 hours. Then after that 3 hours is still waiting with the flight scheduled to leave at 1830 now. This has been a pretty poor experience.
