Nothing dates a technology faster than kids & teenagers deciding its time is over. Adults are still selling AI as “the future” while the kids have already decided it’s just embarrassing. And they are right. “That’s AI” is now an insult. Not wrong.

I’ve never understood the claim that I’ll be “left behind” if I don’t use AI. I can already write, research, think critically, and solve problems on my own. So what exactly is AI doing that’s supposedly so indispensable that not using it means falling behind?
