So disappointing. Spent $1600 on a mattress yet 3.5 years later, neither @MattressFirm @SertaMattresses or @Beautyrest will warranty defective mattress due to a stain which has nothing to do with defect. Mattress has huge separation all the way to the coils. Buyer beware.
