1/3 Using correct gender pronouns matters. 6 months ago I'd often wake in a sweat, worried because I hadn't told my family yet. I'd had dreams that it was my funeral and nobody there knew, and all of my friends and family were saying 'she' and 'her'. It was terrifying.
For anyone using screen readers, we can send the Call for Papers to you in another form via a direct message on Twitter or email. Please feel free to send me or @diversitybook19 a direct message if you'd like us to do so!
