BIG LIFE CHANGE
I've been FI (Financially Independent) for awhile but not RE (Retired Early) or FIRE ๐ฅ
Despite earning a very healthy multiple six figure salary, I've given it up. ๐ฐ
With 50 just a few years away, I've stepped away from work to pursue other passions that the proverbial 4 weeks of paid vacation a year can't satisfy.
Does that mean I won't ever earn another dollar from work in the future, such as consulting? Not necessarily.
I look forward to more time for family and friends, more time for travel, more time for my health, cycling, hiking, and yes, pickleball among other passions. โ๏ธ๐ดโโ๏ธ๐๐๏ธ๐ช
After wrapping up time at my home in Mexico ๐ฒ๐ฝ this winter, I have a solo cycling trip planned for the Spring back home ๐จ๐ฆ, and cycling adventures in the Netherlands ๐ณ๐ฑand Germany ๐ฉ๐ชthis summer, not to mention adventures in Asia this fall. ๐ฏ๐ต
Thank you to everyone that has been and continues to be a source of encouragement and support as we all strive to live out our best lives. โค๏ธ

@morganArseCan@wealthmoose Let the auto industry die in Canada. Australia did the same thing. Focus on our comparative advantages for which auto production is not one of them. @UniforTheUnion
@BuildItWithTj@wealthmoose And I thought @MarkJCarney was this great economist with pivotal experience as a central banker?
Dude doesnโt know basic economics!

Turns out there was money to be made in Canadian telecom, just from the most unlikely source.
My crypto holdings represent a mere 0.06% of my total net worth.
It is a rounding error that has virtually zero impact on my financial trajectory.
How much #crypto are you holding?
