Assaults on Feeders and harassment of community dogs continue in some of the housing societies in Goa. Has the Goa Registrar of the Cooperatives acted on a petition submitted to him by District Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals(DSPCA) and the Goa Animal Federation(GAF) recently
demanding to take strict action against such societies which violate rules and Supreme Court judgement?
