The M1 Pro MacBooks battery efficiency is so high. I now define how long I'll co-work from a cafe, based on battery usage. "I'll work for a 5% battery drop from this cafe". Often that'll be about 2.5-3 hours. :o

Cost of individual enzymes and cost of primers is low. Cost of cloning systems - high.

For comp cells - several good protocols exist. But I'd recommend getting your hands on Mach1 T1 strain (TF).
