@zomato I believe Rs 10 as platform fee was specifically charged during the festive period (which was forced upon to the customers). The festive period got over long back, why are you still charging Rs 10??? Isn’t this unfair?? @deepigoyal

@PaytmSeONDC Have finally received the refund but had to go through unnecessary back and forth. Why do customers have to bring forth issues on social media for a resolution. Try & be more responsive to your customers. If they have an issue talk it out, listen to them and not ignore them!

@Paytm bought groceries thru Otipy from ONDC section. 2 TCs fetched half a glass of water. Local vendor is better off- I get 2 full glasses of water. And ordered 2 kg tomatoes, most are rotten. Query opened since Sat. & no resolution till now. What is causing so much delay??????
