Also there is no cancellation option on croma website to cancel the product once you have ordered that. Even though I didn't unpack the product, they are just rejecting my return request. Now I have 2 laptops and 1 one of them is a waste for me worth 90k.

I ordered an Apple MacBook Air from croma online store but I needed this urgently so I purchased it from your store now the online product is also received and customer service is saying that they can't refund the online product as it's not In their refund policy.
