@NJSP My son was in a minor vehicle accident on June 5. NJSP took the accident report. Insurance will not proceed until we receive a copy of it. His car is not safe to drive. Still not available as of June 23. Who can help us?

@Avis I reserved a car rental from Avis through Costco Travel in Wichita Falls. I was scheduled to pick the vehicle up on July 3. When I arrived at the location, they told me they have no cars. Suggested I call @uhaul and rent from them. No one can help. Stuck without a vehicle.

@dunkindonuts Your cup will never be full if you visit the location in Elkhart IN on County Route 6. Store location told me this is how the cup is supposed to be filled. Customer service said that the franchisee would get in touch with me within two days. Still waiting after five days.

@IHGCorporate This chair with a chain to have a dog on has been outside of this room since at least April 16. Why would anyone want to stay in your hotel when this is what they see every day? This is at the Staybridge suites in North Brunswick NJ.
