Will it not be good to make 'COMMON BYE LAWS' & SOP for all AOA’s & RWA’s in Gr Noida West / Gr Noida ??

Every other day we have issues which escalate & become a law & order issue.

Also make a 'Mediation Committee' comprising of retired Senior Govt Officials who make a report on case to case basis & try to reslove issues as a first step. @OfficialGNIDA

ग्रेटर नोएडा के हर सेक्टर में मकान मालिक को किरायेदार की जानकारी/सूचना RWA को देना अनिवार्य कर देना चाहिए।
~RWA को सेक्टर में रहने वालों का पता होगा।
~फ़िलहाल मकान मालिक जो ख़ुद दूसरे शहरों में रहते है वो ज़्यादा किराए के चक्कर में बिना किसी जाँच पड़ताल के मकान किराए पर दे देते हैं।
~RWA’s को सक्रिय भूमिका निभानी चाहिये।

The election officer should be from the authority only as far as RWA elections of Omaxe Palm Greens Sector Mu are concerned. In AoA Board there are two groups one comprises 7 other 2 in AoA Board. The group of 7 take decisions from the house only mentioning that they are in the majority. For any GBM agenda item is not disclosed in detail. Just a bullet point not envisaging any change in policy. In GBM this policy manipulation is imposed as a sudden shock. There should be a detailed forensic audit which is need of the Society. The person who blew the whistle, the so called whistle blower was served a show cause notice. Other person was served a show cause for increasing Fixed deposits. It's something unique that can happen in omaxe palm greens Society.

I saw an NPCL van requested them but they just asked me to complain at GNIDA and pushed off.
Please use your good offices and get the Street Light functional in front of Omaxe Palm Greens, Sector Mu, Greater Noida both Service Road and the main road street light on priority basis.

@Finnair broke 2 of our 4 suitcases on 23 April on AY122, Delhi to AMS. Reported on 26 April Case 16255395 & 16255341. No resolution no response yet. Traveling next in 2 days. Can you help your wheelchair bound traveler @CEO Finnair.

इससे गरीब और मध्यम वर्ग का बिजली बिल तो कम होगा ही, साथ ही भारत ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भर भी बनेगा।
