now and then but no response! Then an amount of 41k was put on Lien and now an amount of 28k was debited from my account and transferred to same lady! This is really disappointing because I am not in India right now and unable to visit any branch physically! Please help!

An amount of around 45k has been put on hold in Kotak Savings account due to some Cyber crime investigation and it’s been more than 5 months that I am trying to follow up but no response!

Hi @amazonIN , I ordered Door Sealing Strip Guard for Home twice from Amazon India and and both time received something else , once a bean bag and once, something which I don’t even know what it was! And it’s been more than 20 days for this experience! Worst experience ever!

@KotakBankLtd My acnt was frozen due to some Cyber Crime case and now after investigation freeze has been revoked and as oer CC ofc only 40k amount needs to b kept on hold until further investigation but still my another 50k amount is stuck & m not getting proper response! help
