@ArrivaKent can you please tell me why the 477 didn’t stop at Azalea Drive swanley station stop but when I picked my son up to take him to school. The bus was further down the road? Did it just decide to once again miss that turning and go straight down. Totally out of order!!

@ArrivaKent Please get them to look, because when your busses run every 40 mins and my son already get the first 477 of the day at that stop, he cannot wait for the next bus as it makes him an hour late for school!

@ArrivaKent I’ve filled out the form countless times. It’s worthless. Same excuses! Didn’t turn up again today, so once again I have to pick up my son and his mate, make my other an late for school and me late for work all to get him to school on time. What do I pay a bus pass for?

@ArrivaKent Your reply is a lot like your buses…late! I filled in a form 5days ago when my 11yo,along with other children,weren’t told th bus was on diversion! Instead of being told to get off a little earlier for school,it took them to Bluewater,resulting in a 30min walk back.Inconsiderate

@ArrivaKent where are the 477 busses? Kids stranded in Dartford because two busses haven’t turned up. They are already 40 mins apart. The App is useless and google maps live says the busses are running- clearly they are not!
