Jurors in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial told the judge they are unable to reach a unanimous decision in the case.

The judge has ordered the jury to continue deliberating and reviewing the evidence.

Clancy is on trial for the deaths of her three children. Both the prosecution and defense agree that she fatally strangled the children with exercise resistance bands on January 24, 2023. Prosecutors must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she intentionally caused their deaths and was “criminally responsible.”
