I applied for unemployment on 1 April, every month I apply for continuation of payments, and since 1 April only received one payment :-( so for the last 5 months I have received 1 payment from gov for help, very disappointing

@deptoflabour How often does Department pay ordinary UIF? Is it once every 3 months? or once a month? I did my application 1April, and to date I have received 1 payment only. We are now 29July. I have received 1 payment for 4 months. Is this normal?
