@Qantas Why is there no option to rebook with flight credits online? Making us call to rebook just adds to the problem of already 2-4 hrs wait times just to speak to someone? Virgin have a travel bank, why don't Qantas offer an online rebooking option? #confused

and why can't you rebook with a travel voucher online rather than spend hours waiting to speak to someone again, Terrible service and this is not good enough.

@Qantas 3 calls and over 5 hours waiting to speak to someone to sort out cancelled flights from Melbourne and your 'customer Service' rep hangs up when we ask her to confirm whether we are entitled to a refund... 1/2

@ukinaustralia @Qantas my parents called Qantas last week to organise one of the newly announced Sunday MEL/LHR flights with their flight credit after 2 cancelled flights - told they couldn't book then as flights not confirmed but would be put on forward travel list for 03 May.

What is the status of these discussions pls?
Have Qantas credit and reluctant to book another airline again if not needed. Thanks

Many people with Qantas credits and would seem the easiest most straightforward (direct) route??
