Is it not possible for the Federal/ State Govt to share their KRA and have a town hall on a quarterly basis to review thier performance outcomes in order to show opportunity and improvement area like we do in the private sector? someone please educate me on this.

@realdaveumahi While i appreciate the ministers prompt response on issues he should be proactive as well. These federal roads have unfortunately been abandoned despite all the various democratic govt since 1999. Cant the private sector be allowed to handle on a BOT basis?
