A new type annotation syntax that allows you to get the type of a property from an object, array, or tuple type. Optional Indexed Access Types work like optional chaining and allow access from nullable types.

The big takeaway here is to stop building sites that just respond based on screen size and to start building sites that adapt based on actual hardware.
