@Uber reserved for 7a EST, and the driver arrived at 6:28a, while I was still getting ready and cancelled at 6:35a, 25 mins before the reservation time. Now 2 more drivers cancelled (1 was 5mins out) if the 4th driver shows up, it will be 25 mins past reservation time
@CenterPoint it’s nice that you have my billing screwed up, I’m paying my bills AND you are billing the property management company where I live for vacant electricity, which I am also having to pay. Your estimate for wait time is 24mins and over an hour later I’m STILL waiting

Your support is horrific. I have been a fan boy for years, that is OVER. Any particular reason you punish people who have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on your products that have lost both their phone and wallet?
@AppleSupport I am having a very hard time coming up with a reason to not throw all of my apple product that are not working into the garbage. Locked out of my account and it said 24 hours until it could be reset.
Then after the 24 hours it said 2 days. Just 5 hours short of the 2 days, it now says 17 hours. So from one to three to now more than three and a half days that I have no access to banking or any apps attached to my Apple account.
