@CESCLimited its been 4 hrs there is no electricity. Complain raised via docket no. 05260114967. Cesc is not even taking calls now. Old senior citizens are suffering from the unbearable heat. Kindly look into the matter and solve it asap. @sanjivgoenka

@CESCLimited See the comments your putting for how long?? Its been hrs.. why cant you tell how long will it take?? When bills are paid in timeline.. why cant services be serviced in timelines?? Give an actual time needed to resolve…

@CESCLimited There should a timeline or TAT for that..why cant that be provided??Citizens can also plan up accordingly… no electricity can lead to water shortage..no food cooking at home. some may temporarily shift.. bt proper communication has to be there and not just to go round in circles

CESC has been not picking up and nt giving any updates
