@Uber so my driver last night was using multiple rider apps & dropped someone off on my street before picking me up, and YOU charged me a wait fee because I allegedly kept the driver waiting while he unloaded other person!

@OctopusEnergy after switching to u, u sent 4 engineers to fix my smart meters, they all did THE SAME which never worked except the 4th time the engineer gave me an octopus mini and removed my IHD, the mini NEVER WORKED, now my new supplier wants £45 to replace the IHD you took!
