Wtf is going on @AskPlayStation @Sony @PlayStation ... Same thing happened to me earlier today. I was watching YouTube (on PS4) and got a message that my PSN account had been permanently suspended. I do not play online and haven't done any chargebacks! I tried to appeal and it tells me I can't do a regular appeal. So I do a chargeback appeal and it tells me no chargebacks are on my account so I can't appeal that way. I have no emails about it, and yet when I try to log in it tells me it is suspended.

FIX THIS!!! (clearly it has happened to many others!)

I have bought many digital games that I now do not have access to, I will not create a new account and lose that money. I will be DONE with PlayStation! No PS5 purchase no future game purchases and I hope everyone else who experienced this today does the same thing if it isn't fixed
