@TakeThatClouds@septselector@HerDivineEye Ive seen a woman say "chemtrails" were the cause of low temps and clear sky on a winter night, no doubt this time of year she thinks they made it hot & sunny or cloudy or maybe both ๐คฃ one min its the cause of the 2022 40c the next it causes clear winter skies & winter frost ๐ค
@sidneypaget During last heatwave at a big food festival event near me, security were alerted to a dog in a car, they got the dog out. Dog owners who think its ok to do this, should have it tested on themselves! Those a.holes shouldn't be allowed pets.
@Stephen090704 Its not certain yet. Might be by tomorrow. The hottest was originally mon and tues now looks maybe weds or later in week, so its changing a little bit and that means its not 100% certain yet.
@13orangesbc Be many hundreds of degrees celcius if you put a thermometer near them. Probably even thousands of degrees celcius. Pretty stupid to believe an ai image
@PalestinianBoii red = 100% certain - tues to thurs are too far out to be 100% certain it will be high 30s, at the moment its a possibility not definitely happening
@Stephen090704 red is issued when 100% certain the event will happen and there is 100% risk to life. you need to look at the boxes in the details of the warning, it shows you what is next level, red is 2 steps away and if they are 100% certain of 38 or more, it will be upgraded
@top1percentile@MhehedZherting@metofficeUK@metoffice the warning is for mid 30s upwards!
clearly failed to read the warning:
Temperatures likely to reach low to mid-30s Celsius in places Monday and into mid-30s Celsius more widely Tuesday. Some places, particularly in urban areas, may see temperatures remain above 20C overnight.
@TheDryhtscipe you clearly werent in england a couple of days ago, humidity was in the mid 90s at 2ish pm and it was only 18-19c air temp, it was really unpleasant. its normal here in the UK. sometimes we get nice dry air, so we get pleasant heat like last summer and the heatwave in May
@TheDryhtscipe here in the UK, summer is often very humid, that is why our heat in the 20s and up to low 30s is so unbareable. lots of non brits dont get why we struggle in mid 20s upwards, its only when they come here in a heatwave with high humidity, they realise how awful it is here
@Met4CastUK hottest ive known where i live on the coast, was 36c - think 2006? when heaps of places had 40 in 2002, we only got 30 in the morning and then it clouded over by afternoon. for me, max 1 week is just manageable, but got a cat who no longer copes with heat, to worry about
@DHLGlobal i sent 2 emails and got completely ignored, its practically 2 weeks now and no reply. your email inbox is full meaning you cannot recieve new emails until you read, reply and then delete the current ones..
